COO of LifeScore and Founder of Women of Winter
Chris is Co-Founder and COO of LifeScore, a music technology company that provides a new way to experience music via its adaptive music platform which creates unique, real-time soundtracks for every journey.
Prior to LifeScore, Chris was a senior associate at Latham & Watkins LLP where she represented a broad client base of Fortune 500 companies, private equity funds, investment banks and high net worth individuals in a wide range of matters, including, leveraged finance, commercial acquisitions and dispositions, cross-border transactions, development projects, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, corporate banking and secured high yield transactions.
In 2018, Chris founded Women of Winter, a grassroots community organization whose mission is to showcase notable women that are carving their own paths in the mountains and in life. In 2020, Women of Winter provided 8 women with scholarships to an Avalanche Level 1 Course and provided tuition support to a female ski patroller to attend National Avalanche School.
Chris received her BA in Economics and Computer Science from New York University, her MS in Science and Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business, and her JD from St. John’s University School of Law.
